The service

The Hawaii Briefing is a subscription service that delivers a weekly digest of Hawaii real estate listings, market intelligence, and automated valuations. Paid subscriptions are billed annually through Stripe. You can cancel at any time via the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals.

Valuation (AVM) disclaimer

Estimated values, point estimates, and prediction intervals shown in the service are produced by an automated valuation model (AVM). They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute an appraisal, professional financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or real estate advice.

AVM outputs are statistical estimates and may differ materially from actual market values. We make no guarantee of their accuracy or completeness. Before making any purchase, sale, or investment decision, verify information independently and consult licensed professionals (such as a licensed appraiser, real estate agent, or financial advisor).

Coverage and jurisdiction

All listings and valuations in the service cover properties located in the State of Hawaii only. The service does not provide listings or valuations for any other jurisdiction.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Listing data

Listing information is collected from publicly available listing sites and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Listings that are no longer available are marked inactive rather than removed. The listing brokers and their sources remain the authoritative record for any property.
